Service Packages and Concierge Offerings
ReAssure at Home begins with multiple base packages where services are grouped and discounted to meet a variety of core needs such as health care management and navigation, virtual and in-person check-ins, and coordinated in-home services and supports. Each package can be complimented with our add-on concierge offerings, ensuring highly customizable service plans to meet individualized needs and multiple price points. Packages, concierge services, and pricing are fully transparent and made available to you within the service descriptions.
