Rebecca Harris, DNP, MBA, RN | Managing Partner

Dr. Harris is a senior healthcare executive with more than 30 years of experience leading and advising across acute care, ambulatory, post-acute, behavioral health, community-based and payer-adjacent environments. She has demonstrated strength in operations, care delivery redesign, care management, clinical quality and utilization improvement, and cross-continuum performance aligned with value-based care and alternative payment models. She is known for practical problem-solving, translating strategy into executable clinical operations, and providing interim and project-based leadership during periods of transition, growth, and redesign.

An Air Force veteran recognized for both individual and team performance, Dr. Harris holds a DNP in Health Policy and an MBA, with expertise in regulatory compliance, care transformation, digital health innovation, and cross-functional leadership. She also serves as a trusted spokesperson and thought leader in care transformation.

He has demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement scalable operating models to improve patient outcomes while reducing cost and avoidable utilization.

A leader in emerging technologies, Mr. Nelson is experienced in data and predictive analytics, virtual care, AI decision support, immersive VR, and wearable monitoring to improve access, throughput, and care progression across the care continuum. He is a proven, steadfast partner to align clinical leadership, operations, and technology teams around sustainable, outcomes-driven solutions

Gayle Brown, LMSW

Ms. Brown is a senior behavioral health leader and licensed clinical social worker with more than 30 years of experience leading, operating, and improving behavioral health, care management, access, and utilization functions within integrated health systems. She has deep expertise in cross-continuum care coordination, population-specific program design, and services for high-risk and vulnerable populations. She is recognized for hands-on leadership, operational problem-solving, and translating care models into reliable day-to-day clinical delivery.

Ms. Brown’s extensive experience advising and supporting health systems in access redesign, utilization management, care coordination, and population-specific program development brings deep operational credibility, particularly in behavioral health service delivery, high-risk populations, and cross-continuum integration. She is frequently engaged to support program design, workflow improvement, and implementation efforts requiring practical, field-tested expertise.
