A comprehensive collection of enhanced services reflecting our signature high touch care. ReBrand Health provides more frequent check-ins, helps to manage chronic disease, and coordinates trusted home services while staying close and connected with family.
Tier IV: Anthem Services
Our highest level of service, the Anthem package maximizes safety, convenience and communication. ReBrand Health provides a dedicated service line, high-frequency check-ins, and added coordination, so families can rest easier knowing help is always close by.
Working Caregiver Support Services
A high-touch solution designed to support working caregivers looking for more peach of mind. ReBrand Health works alongside family caregivers—providing an added layer of safety and support to extend your care when you cannot be there. We provide the care, communication, and presence to ease everyday life.
Recovery after Surgery/Injury
Designed to support healing after surgery or an injury, our recovery package offers 8 weeks of tapering services designed to help you stay safe, comfortable, and on track with your care as you regain your strength.
Concierge Services
From quick check-ins to accompaniment to appointments or events to running small errands, these flexible services provide practical support, added reassurance, and an extra set of trusted hands to ease everyday life.
